Our refunds policy
At mumwantsone we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
In the event of you not being 100% satisfied, please drop us a line at info@mumwantsone.co.uk. This will enable us to provide you with a returns address and authorisation number. Products must be returned to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the current Health & Hygiene Regulations pierced products are excluded from our returns policy.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be delayed or lost in the post.
Goods are returned at your own cost. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non refundable.
We will advise you in writing once your refund has been processed.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
If you receive damaged/faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full including the original postage charge.
Please contact us at info@mumwantsone.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. This will enable us to provide you with a returns address and authorisation number.
Damaged/Faulty Goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.
